Super Duplex Ball Valves are made from S32760 or equivalent super duplex stainless steel, composed of 24–26% chromium, 6–7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, nitrogen, and trace elements. This ferritic-austenitic alloy provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, the valves offer high tensile and yield strength, excellent impact toughness, and stability under high pressure and temperature. Their robust construction ensures reliable sealing performance, durability, and dimensional stability, making them ideal for critical fluid control applications in aggressive and high-pressure environments.
